**Our eggs are never frozen and ship in coolers on ice in kits to be assembled at your convenience. We do require overnight shipping during summer months but offer less costly options in the fall & winter in time for the holidays! Once our eggs arrive, refrigerate them (cannot be frozen) and consume with 3 days.
